Which marketplace ships to my country?
Russia goes through Ozon. Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Azerbaijan and Cyprus go through Trendyol. Both ship from our own plant in İstanbul, and both handle delivery, tracking and returns on their own platform.
Is the product the same as the one sold in Türkiye?
Yes — identical. There is no export formulation and no separate line. What leaves the plant for a marketplace order comes off the same production run as the stock that supplies our home market.
What if it damages my engine?
Used correctly, if a Brava product is nonetheless responsible for damage to the vehicle, the policy compensates the owner. Very few brands in this category will commit to that in writing.
My country isn't listed — can I still get it?
Put it on the waitlist and we will write the day a channel opens there — two fields, nothing else. If there is already a route that reaches you, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you what it is. Your country going on that list is not a polite brush-off; it is how the last three markets were chosen.
How do I know which product I need?
Describe the problem, not the product. Tell us the vehicle, the mileage and what it is doing — burning oil, smoking, slipping, whining — and we will point you at the right one, or tell you that none of ours is the answer.
