The website's general terms of use, general rules regarding the site, and legal responsibilities

Before using www.brava.com.tr, it is recommended that you read the User Agreement containing the following conditions, rules, and legal responsibilities. If the specified conditions are not suitable for you, please do not use www.brava.com.tr. By using the site and filling out the form that contains your personal information, you are deemed to have accepted the conditions stated on these pages.

Usage and Security Rules

www.brava.com.tr is open to all its members. The services provided on the site are free unless otherwise stated.

In the following written cases, the site management may prevent the member from using the site and reserves its legal rights regarding the person or persons engaging in the following actions:

1 a. On the website, false, disorganized, incomplete, and misleading information, statements that do not conform to general moral standards, and information contrary to the laws of the Republic of Turkey are recorded

1.b. Unauthorized copying of all or part of the site's content

1.c. The User is solely responsible for any damages arising from the sharing of information such as the username, password, and usage rights provided to users or determined by themselves with third parties or organizations (i.e., from these details being used by individuals other than the User). Similarly, the User may not use another person's personal information, such as IP address, email address, or username, in an online environment, nor may they access or use other users' private information without permission. The User is deemed to have accepted any legal and criminal liability that may arise as a result of such use.

1.d. The use of software that threatens the security of the site and interferes with the operation of the site and the software used, engaging in such activities, attempting to do so, and obtaining, deleting, or modifying information.

3.a. www.brava.com.tr'yi ziyaret eden kullanıcıların bilgileri (ziyaret süresi, süresi, görüntülenen sayfalar) onlara daha iyi hizmet verebilmek için takip edilmektedir. Bu bilgiler, gizlilik şartlarına bağlı kalarak, içeriği genişletmek ve geliştirmek amacıyla reklam vb. İşbirliği yaptığımız firmalar ile paylaşılmaktadır. Buradaki amaç, sitenin kullanıcılarına sunduğu deneyimi geliştirmek ve www.brava.com.tr'yi geliştirmektir.

3.b. www.brava.com.tr kullanıcısı, kayıt için gerekli bölümleri tamamladıktan sonra işbu sözleşmede belirtilen koşullara uymak kaydıyla e-posta adresi ve şifresini girerek www.brava.com.tr web sitesini kullanmaya başlayabilir. ve e-posta adresini onaylıyor.

3.a. The information of users visiting www.brava.com.tr (visit duration, duration, pages viewed) is tracked in order to provide them with better service. This information is shared with companies we cooperate with for advertising, etc., in compliance with privacy terms, for the purpose of expanding and developing the content. The purpose here is to improve the experience offered to the site's users and to enhance www.brava.com.tr.

3.d. In the event that it is determined that the User does not comply with the obligations specified in this contract or the general rules published on the www.bravaindustry.com website, the User's use of www.brava.com.tr may be blocked by BRAVA. Access to www.brava.com.tr may be restricted for a limited or unlimited period and/or the account may be closed.

3.e. The User may not engage in any actions that would prevent or hinder other users and visitors from using www.brava.com.tr, may not install automated programs, and may not overload/lock the servers or databases. No cheating attempts are allowed. If such behavior is detected, the User agrees that their membership will be terminated and accepts any and all legal and criminal liabilities arising from this situation.

3.f. The User may not delete or remove any Copyright, Trademark, or any Intellectual and Artistic Works Law notices from any material copied from or printed from www.brava.com.tr.

3.g. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be performed by the user through www.brava.com.tr. The authority of the user who terminates their membership will be revoked. The person canceling their membership accepts that this operation is irreversible.

3.h. The relationships of the site users with each other or with third parties are the responsibility of the individuals.

3.j. In certain sections of the site, different rules and obligations specific to that section may be specified. Persons and organizations using these sections are deemed to have accepted these rules in advance.

3.k. To read our general policy and the measures we have taken to protect our users' personal information and privacy, please read the "Privacy Policy" section.

3.l. The User accepts and undertakes that the payment information (credit card, GSM number, etc.) used in transactions on the site is accurate, and that any legal and criminal liability arising from these is solely their responsibility.

4. Notification Addresses.

4.a. The www.brava.com.tr website does not require its users to provide postal addresses in advance. However, the email address provided by the user to www.brava.com.tr is considered the email address to which all notices related to this agreement will be sent.

4.b. The parties agree that, unless they notify the other party in writing of any changes to their current email addresses within three (3) days, requests sent to their old email addresses shall remain valid and be deemed as having been made to them.

4.c. Additionally, notifications made by the www.brava.com.tr user using the registered email address shall be deemed to have reached the user one (1) day after the email is sent by www.brava.com.tr. The User hereby declares, accepts, and undertakes that they have read, understood, and accepted all the provisions contained in this participation agreement, and confirms the accuracy of the information provided about themselves.
