The products you have purchased will be confirmed to you via a confirmation email. In case any of the selected products are out of stock, you will receive an email regarding the matter, and the date when the product will be back in stock will be communicated to you.
www.bravaindustry.com is an online shopping site. It allows multiple users to shop simultaneously. Although rare, there may be cases where a consumer purchases the same product, and the product may run out of stock. In such cases:
If you made the payment online and the product is out of stock, there will be a waiting period of at least 4 (Four) days and a maximum of 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be provided to the consumer within this period, the payment made will be refunded.
CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION – RETURN CONDITIONS
GENERAL:
By placing an electronic order on the website you are using, you will be deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (OG: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the products.
Shipping costs, including cargo fees, will be paid by the buyers.
Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or institution at the address provided by the buyer, within a legal period not exceeding 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.
The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications mentioned in the order, along with any documents such as the warranty certificate and user manual, if applicable.
In the event that the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller is obliged to notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning about this situation. The total amount must also be refunded to the buyer within 14 business days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT FEE IS NOT PAID:
If the Buyer does not pay the product fee or cancels it in the bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product terminates.
PURCHASES MADE WITH THE UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD:
If, after the product is delivered, it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer for payment was fraudulently used by unauthorized individuals, and if the product price is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer is obligated to return the product to the Seller within 3 business days, with the shipping costs borne by the SELLER.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:
if force majeure circumstances arise that the seller cannot foresee and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation will be communicated to the buyer. the buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or delay of delivery until the obstacle is removed. if the buyer cancels the order; if the payment was made in cash, it will be paid back in cash to the buyer within 14 business days after cancellation. if the buyer made the payment with a credit card and cancels, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 business days after cancellation, but it is possible that the bank will transfer the amount to the buyer's account within 2-3 weeks.
THE BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT:
The Buyer shall inspect the product/service before receiving it; they will not accept damaged or defective products/services such as those that are dented, broken, or have torn packaging from the delivery company. The product/service received will be considered to be in undamaged and intact condition. The Buyer is obligated to carefully preserve the product/service after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product/service must not be used. The invoice must also be returned along with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
THE BUYER; may exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the product and informing the SELLER via the contact details below within 14 (fourteen) business days from the delivery date of the product to the Buyer or the person/entity at the address provided, without assuming any legal or penal liability and without providing any reason.

THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
If the Buyer has purchased a service, this 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. In service contracts where the performance of the service has started with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal cannot be used.
The costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal are the responsibility of the BUYER.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised by providing written notification via registered mail, fax, or email to the SELLER within 14 business days (fourteen). Additionally, the product must not have been used in accordance with the "Non-returnable Products" provisions stated in this contract.
USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The invoice of the product delivered to the person or the BUYER, (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent with the return invoice issued by the institution along with the returned product. Returns of orders issued on behalf of institutions will not be completed if a return invoice is not issued.)
The return form, along with the box, packaging, and any standard accessories of the products to be returned, must be delivered complete and undamaged.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
The SELLER is obliged to refund the total amount and documents that obligate the BUYER within 15 business days after receiving the cancellation notice, and to accept the return of the product within the 15-day period.
If there is a decrease in the value of the product due to the BUYER's fault or if the return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the SELLER for the damages in proportion to the fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes and damages caused by the proper use of the product or item within the cancellation period.
The discount amount obtained under the campaign will be canceled if the campaign limit amount is reduced due to the use of the right of withdrawal by the BUYER.
If the product's packaging is not deformed, the product's label is intact, and it has not been tried in an outdoor environment, returns and exchanges can be made. In cases of deformation, odor, or damage to the packaging (such as tape, tears, deterioration, breakage, etc.), the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
CANCELATION RIGHT PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED:
Products that are prepared according to the BUYER's request or explicitly for personal needs and are not suitable for return, such as lingerie, swimwear and bikini bottoms, makeup products, disposable products, goods that are likely to spoil or have an expiration date, products that are unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons once the packaging is opened by the BUYER after delivery, products that have mixed with other items and are inherently inseparable, goods related to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, digital services immediately provided electronically or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, and sound or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and storage devices, and computer consumables, once the packaging is opened by the BUYER, cannot be returned according to the Regulation. In addition, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services that have started to be performed with the consumer’s approval before the expiration of the withdrawal period, according to the Regulation.
Based on the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, cosmetics and personal care products, lingerie items (for all undergarment products), swimwear, and bikini items cannot be returned or exchanged.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:
The BUYER agrees, declares, and undertakes that if they default on the payment made with a credit card, they will pay interest in accordance with the credit card agreement between the bank and the cardholder, and they will be responsible towards the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may resort to legal actions; it may demand any incurred costs and attorney's fees from the BUYER, and in any case, if the BUYER defaults on the debt, the BUYER agrees to compensate the SELLER for any damages and losses incurred due to the delayed payment.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
